The original white marble is in excellent condition and is also removable. The dresser base has 3 graduated hand dovetailed drawers having their original locks, hand carved pulls and applied decorative moldings. All the drawer fronts are burled walnut. The rest of the dresser is solid walnut. Notice the decorative cut out design on the skirt below the bottom drawer. The dresser rests on its original porcelain casters.
