This solid walnut Victorian dining table is attributed to Thomas Brooks and expands to an incredible 14 feet! There are 6 leaves, each measuring 14.5” wide. When all the leaves are in place, the table measures 11’, 6”, easily allowing 12 -14 chairs. Notice the intricately and deeply carved skirt – beautiful! The heavily molded platform base has an octagonal center column which separates in 2 pieces when the table is extended. Inside is a hidden center leg which provides the needed additional support when leaves are added and the table is extended. The table base rests on casters and opens and closes smoothly. The table is extremely sturdy and in excellent condition. The finish is also in excellent condition having a rich, warm color.
